Integrating the Self-Development Work Into Real Life (Part 1) (with Trang Pham)

Integrating the Self-Development Work Into Real Life (Part 1) (with Trang Pham)

Janice and her guest Trang Pham get on the mic for a special episode about integrating the self-development and therapy work into the messiness of real life and relationships—when it's the hardest to access our tools, practices, and grounding! They discuss five big aspects of this integration work: being aware that we've just gotten activated, self-regulating, understanding which wounded parts of us have been triggered and caring for them while taking responsibility for how our protective responses might create disconnection or harm in our relationships, accessing compassion, and setting boundaries. Before the conversation, Janice recaps some of her notable moments of 2022.

Talking about some REAL stuff with comfort and thoughtfulness

The Soul’s Work podcast takes an approach to some challenging subjects that immediately puts me at ease. I don’t sense a lot of judgment, just honest sharing, suggestions, guidance, and most of all, hope that any listener is getting a positive impact from each episode. The soul’s work indeed.
