After 8 years of podcasting, it is time for a show aimed at teens (this is from the ages of 11 right through your twenties!) We live in an increasingly complex world - I want to provide a snapshot of all the comfort, advice, help, support and sense of 'being seen' that I provide in all my personal mentoring work.
