Former Missouri State Bear and WNBA Player Jackie Stiles in The Sports Deli Podcast: Where Everyone Deserves a Seat at the Table

The Sports Deli

Jackie Stiles who led her Missouri State Bears (NOT THE TIGERS!) to a Final Four after upsetting #1 Duke, played in the WNBA before injuries cut her career short. She was a legendary high school player who once scored 71 and 61 points in a game. She averaged nearly 40 points per game for her high school career and shot nearly 60%. In that Sweet 16 game against Duke, Jackie had 41 points. She has coached in a power 5 conference (at Oklahoma for the Hall-of-Fame Coach Sherri Coale), overcome cancer and has been a successful entrepreneur. She is a personal trainer and a basketball trainer. But what impressed me the most was her unbelievable spirit. She is a born leader. A lover. And her personality is contagious. It was truly an honor to share space with her. You don't want to miss our very famous rapid fire portion of the podcast with Jackie, "this or that".
