During this conversation, I learned a whole lot more about John, the family and other interesting facts other than being the originator and creator of the hamburger back in 1885.

Insightful and Real

Skip has done an amazing job, because of his experience and expertise as a restaurant CIO. But the real magic here is his ability to keep it real. With a relatable style and easy tone, it feels like he’s in the room with you having an awesome conversation. The content is techie enough to give people a feel for how tech may transform the industry, but not so techie that anyone can’t follow. Kudos, Skip. Our industry was hungry for this. Ideal timing to address what matters most right now to restaurants and consumers alike.

Great Podcast

For someone that’s not in the restaurant industry this podcast is extremely engaging. Skip does a great job of taking concepts and challenges and discussing them with applicable solutions.

I’m looking forward to where this podcast is heading.
