To secure their futures, organisations need to constantly innovate. And if you need compelling evidence of this, 2020 has it in spades. In a moment of reflection, DockPod brought together several of our innovation leaders to discuss what innovation really means when you are working with it day-to-day and whether or not companies have a real appetite for the experimentation and attendant failure that is necessary to make it work.
