funny

The Trauma Tapes is a really helpful podcast for anyone dealing with trauma — be it childhood neglect, abuse, sexual assault or moral injury. The host is so good off the dome and funny too. The letters they use as jumping off points can be pretty intense but I always learn something, even if the story is a million miles from mine. I’ve listened to most of them four times and have found the Tools very applicable to real life and interesting to explore. If you like Bestie van der Kolk or the new Oprah/Perry book, you’ll prolly like The Trauma Tapes.
