Great insights, great guests!
I listened to the recent episode with Len Herstein and it had some great insights on how to take advantage of the unpredictability, whether it’s in the workplace or life in general. This episode is so applicable to a wide audience! As a small business owner, my day-to-day tasks are constantly changing and evolving as we build out our systems. Forecasting revenue and developing our sales pitches is top of mind in order to expand my business and be as efficient as possible and this episode gave me ideas on how to implement some of the best practices mentioned in order to roll with the punches and successfully drive leads, conversions, and revenue. David did a great job personalizing Len’s experiences and expertise as a leader to be applicable for listeners - a true testament to his hosting.
