CARRA Podcast

This is a well done podcast led by a wonderful host, who happens to be a teen with a complex rheumatic disease. She is a natural pro at leading a high level, interesting and educational podcast with various experts featured on this program to address many topics that need more attention. The two part mental health series really impressed me on taking on this very serious and all-too-common challenge for patients of all ages with rheumatic diseases, but it is extremely challenging for young people that are still developing, having to go to school, deal with life amongst the majority of people in their age group having no understanding of rheumatic disease, including their teachers and others. Thank you for this podcast! I will share this with others, especially patients and their families.

More importantly, this podcast makes research more accessible and relatable by explaining it a way that kids and families can understand. The mental health episode was fantastic! Keep up the fabulous work!
