Living for Impact
This was an absolute joy to listen to! This podcast delves into the many aspects of how younger generations have become the most active in creating viable solutions for our current society’s issues at hand. I think a lot of younger minds have been trying to approach their faith in more realistic and physical ways, and touching on mental health and the detriments that overextension of faith can have is an important call to action.
Even though I myself have not experienced what growing up in an African background is like, this podcast can resonate with all audiences, paralleling their message that the shade of your skin color should not dictate how much respect you are allotted by others. The tragedies of this year so far have brought too many wrongdoings to light. It was also interesting to hear their perspective this was all meant to happen for a greater purpose— that the curtain must be drawn in order to enact change for generations to come. I think this is a great gateway to people having more understand for other people’s experiences.
