    Spirituality isn't a weapon to demonize the human experience

    How much space do you hold for the human in you? yes, it gets chaotic.     42. Season of rest

    Dropping by in my season of rest to give you an update on my life and all the places you can find me. In this season I am going deep and allowing myself to shed skin. I am most importantly figuring out what it means to truly cultivate my own energy and be grounded in that as I’ve realized that with my current job, I absorb a lot of what’s in the environment.     40. Be creative, expressive & always changing we’re in this together.

    Who else wears their heart on there sleeve? I’m sure you’re going through just as many transformations too. I feel like I keep dying a thousand times and coming back to life.     39. Representation matters but sometime there isn’t any

    The significant of representation gives us the power to feel “ Well I can do that too”. What happens when there isn’t any? Should we look for it in everything we do? Do we create an opportunity to be the representation? Representation matters but sometimes there isn’t any is your heart telling you to just do it.
