The conversation with Holly and Kyle on his book Thank God for Depression is inspiring. They both share person stories of persevering through challenging times. I appreciated the vulnerability on both their parts. I appreciated Kyle’s statements of: “If you’re capable of crushing lows, you’re equally capable of blissful highs.” “Be aware of the conditioned work of the past and now we can choose something different.”

I love hearing people talk about month. Especially in a way that is healthy and real.
