Today's episode features an interview with Michael Terrell. Terrell is North Carolina managing director for Perscholas, which offers free IT training to career changers who want to get into the tech industry. Terrell is an organizational development and community engagement professional with over 15 years experience in military, federal government, and nonprofit sectors. His past roles include Academic Engagement Lead at the National Security Agency, and co-founder at ReadySAGo. He is a Marine veteran, a 2017 graduate of University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, and a 2018 graduate of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program. Michael lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife and two sons, and is an avid runner and cyclist. -

She joined Charlotte’s Wray Ward agency as executive of client engagement in 2018, then moved to Chernoff Newman in 2022. Named among Charlotte’s 50 most influential women in 2023, she is a graduate of Ohio University and the mother of three adult sons.
