The great thing about The Wellness Podcast is that there are so many topics covered! It's about total health, not just of body, but of mind, and soul and health of the planet. By listening, I've realized how many choices we have for better health.

I enjoyed this podcast for years, until Ben gave irresponsible and unhelpful views about this pandemic. Healthy caution can save lives. We shouldn’t live consumed by fear, but total lack of fear is deadly. The suffering in the world from this pandemic, in economic terms and the health of individuals and societies, is prolonged and made worse by denial. More than 10 million people have gotten Covid, and many hundreds of thousands of people have died from it. Many of these deaths could have been avoided if people realized the danger we face, and took simple precautions like wearing face coverings, washing their hands and avoiding large gatherings. People who refuse to acknowledge this actual threat are making it worse

It is good to learn about health from a life stye perspective and focus on whole body (physical and mental) and not symptoms. Lots of useful information organized in a coherent manner. The way Ben brings together many factors to achieve overall health is actually quite enlightning.

After finding out some health concerns and looking for advise on how to life a healthier lifestyle I found this podcast. Ben makes the material understandable that I can understand. He talks about all the components that are needed to be healthy. Its just not diet, exercise, its also a state of mind. I look forward to hear the new podcast every Monday and Thursday.

Clear Inspiration for better, healthier you

It's good to hear clear, simple solutions to better yourself. The food you eat and the thoughts you think are critical. The need to subtract stress and add exercise to balance it all is essential. It's hard to balance it all but that's why a weekly reminder by Ben and getting new insights is so important.
