Grateful

I go to anger and yelling at my son when he does not listen, is disrespectful, and a multitude of other scenarios. My anger/yelling has become a daily occurrence and I want it to stop.

The first, and my only thus far, episode was so helpful. Breaking it down like you did, into simple steps is so helpful for me. Especially moving from self hate that I yell so often and call myself a bad parent, to a place of it happens, I’m working toward growing away from it except when imminent danger/injury situations. I look forward to episode two on bedtime battles bc well we have them as a family and many more.

You have clearly talked with a great number of parents bc the first two episodes are spot on.

Fantastic

I stumbled across The Whole Parent on IG with my first child and found myself looking through all his material. I’m so excited about this podcast! More quality content on an easy platform for a mom to stick headphones in and listen when they can.

Update**I have listened to all of these podcasts now and find myself sending ones I really like to my husband or friends. Good whole-some advice that is easy to listen to and makes you exited to try on your own children.

Phenomenal Science-based Parenting Info

The information provided by Whole Parent is phenomenal. Whole Parent is knowledgeable, humorous, and gives actionable advice. I recently started listening with Ep 2, bedtime battles, and so far have been impressed with both the content and delivery of the information. I’ve read a lot of the same information in parenting books and guides while nursing baby#2 but a lot of parents don’t have middle of the night feeds full of time to read those types of books. This podcast gets that same information across in a more manageable way with real actionable advice. Can’t wait to listen to more episodes and keeping this one on my ‘favorites’ for years to come!
