Obsessed with this podcast and host

I find myself binge listening this podcast- it’s like a combination of the my interests plus Kristen’s personality is entertaining, wise and hilarious. It came at the perfect moment in my life and I couldn’t be happier I found this. I seriously feel like this has the potential to help so many people. It’s been a saving grace for me. I want to be best friends with her in real life- she’s my soul sista !!!!!

Perfect combo of inspiring thinking + practical takeaways

I LOVE Kristen's approach with Mindset Rebel! When I listen, I'm riveted. Her style is such a wonderful combination of philosophy and practice. Theory: Following your intuition - your heart, not your head. Allow yourself to break free of the Matrix (Yes!). Practice: using your body to escape from cycles of rumination - not necessarily your mind, which is what got you into the negative thinking pattern in the first place.

I've had ups and downs over quarantine - the emotional toolkit episode contains some specific strategies to take on what we're all dealing with. I'm implementing some of her awesome morning techniques from a recent episode - using a few simple actions like writing and moving your body to "skip the top layer of anxiety" of your mind in the morning. This spoke to me in the perfect moment.
