WTF! Women Talk Finance

On episode 17 of WTF! Women Talk Finance podcast, we meet Brooke Markevicius – a unicorn of a woman. As a female founder in the tech world, Brooke’s first successful capital raise of half a million dollars and is now raising her first seed fund of $3 million for her company, Allobee.

Brooke’s departure from the corporate tech world, to have her child, left her feeling the frustrations of exiting the traditional work world and finding her way in the freelance space. That developed into the creation of Allobee.

Allobee is the future of outsourcing – acting as a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs looking to hire, and those seeking a more flexible work schedule.

This week, Brooke shares what she did to boost herself, her company, and her cohorts, as well as her tenants for improving the female investor/investment pool.
