My short and sweet review is that I patiently wait for new episodes— I find the conversations and topics intriguing, purposeful, and I walk away with value added to my life. Thanks, Kate!

Kate is refreshingly honest. She’s fabulous and her husband and her have a lovely dynamic. It’s very entertaining she’s so real it’s like listening to a friend with great tips for living well and being kind to oneself and the importance of learning and growing as we go.
I’m so grateful for this podcast!!

Never reviewed a podcast before but felt the need to give back what little I can to support Kate. I can’t tell you how much this resonates with me, as someone who is trying to navigate life with ADHD. Kate’s transparency with her struggles with the little things have made me feel SO much less alone. She recognizes specific tendencies and behaviors that I relate to and hearing her methodically access these issues head on inspires me to do the same. She shares her personal solutions and keeps the podcast concise, informative and easy to digest. If someone as successful and talented as Kate is struggling with these issues and can find ways to not only conquer but transform them into “superpowers”, I can do the same. I also appreciate how revealing she is about her company and building her brand. I’ve been following Wit&Delight for design inspo for a long time and have gained 1000x more respect for the company since I started listening. Kate— I sincerely THANK YOU for taking the time to share your wisdom with us!! <3

Listening to Kate is like listening to a wise older sister. For me, she discusses the issues I am running into currently (mid to late twenties) and how to come out the other side (not always completely resolved). I love the deep issues and rational ways to handle them. It’s hard to describe how Kate handles these topics, but it’s so much more real than other health and mental wellness podcasts.
