The Worst Song on Earth

This is one of my new favorites. The hosts are so genial and chill, and I love their explorations of bad songs. It’s super funny, too. I laughed out loud on several occasions, and I am typically a heartless curmudgeon.

An absolutely brilliant podcast. Three episodes in - it starts wonderfully and somehow keeps getting better (and funnier)! From a (for me) obscure opening “worst song,” to Hootie, to Eddie Money - the way the three lifelong friends talk amongst themselves is as easy on the ears as the songs they discuss aren’t. Chock full of hilarious personal stories, great sound design elements (it’s like they’ve been podcasting for years!), and a genuine, immensely likable flow of conversation that displays their lifetime affinity for one another - this is a real diamond in a vast podcast sea of mediocrity. The third episode was one of the funniest podcasts I’ve ever listened to - and a welcome respite from these “times we’re living in” these days. THANK YOU fellas for creating something original, winsome, and good for the soul (and ears). Can’t wait for the next ones!

I enjoy this show and like the friendship/chemistry of the hosts!

Aside from the fact that the artists they initially covered in the first episode are Dutch and not Swedish this is a good podcast with a lot of potential. The hosts have good chemistry and there are some good arguements being made with how certain people tend to develop there musical tastes.
