All natural = apples to apples

Thank you for all you do for natural athletes! The OCB has changed my life and given me a new zest for my fitness goals since I’ve gotten back into competing. I earned my pro card in 2022 and competed in the 2023 Yorton! Best experience! See you on the Yorton stage again in 2024.

Bettering yourself - must listen

As a new bodybuilding competitor Sully shared some valuable information and educating how a competitor can be by putting in a little “Zen” in our heart which we will then have even a better experience as a competitor. I also learned the history about BB as well. Overall, I recommend this podcast to new and old competitors to listen to. Not just to be a better competitor but to be a better human being in general. Thank you for your time to record this.
