In this week's WHENS & LOSSES - MLK Edition of the Podcast, we are talking the Detroit's Lions catastrophic loss to the Washington Commanders as their historic and record breaking season comes to a crashing end. We ask the question, is this season a failure, or is there some positives takeaways that we can help us cope with loss, and we also share with you our answer. We also talk the Inauguration of the 47th President of the United States. As it is our country's tradition every four years to inaugurate the new president, it is that time again. President Elect Donald Trump took office on January 20th, which ironically is also the national holiday for Dr. Martin Luther King. In this week's edition, we ask the question, did you watch the inauguration, and if so, why or why not? Finally, we discuss the significance of the MLK Holiday, especially during these tumultuous times as a nation. Ironically, we share an excerpt from a memorable interview we had with Martin Luther King III just a few years ago. PLUS, we share a powerful and poignant excerpt from a famous sermon delivered by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. entitled, "A Knock At Midnight." This is a prophetic commentary of the times that we are living in, even though this message was delivered over almost 60yrs ago. Needless to say, this show is power-packed and full of empowering messages to get your year off to an incredible start. This show is definitely a WIN-WIN!
