Prophets past and present have encouraged us to seek to understand how to part the veil between heaven and earth.  This podcast discusses the doctrines, principles and patterns of how the the thinning of the veil occurs when we are engaged in the gathering of Israel.  Testimonies of these greater manifestations will also be shared in the hopes that we all may have the heavens opened to us in greater degrees.

    In 1921, a group of Elder's were ministering on the island of Maui. Elder David O. McKay, Hugh J. Cannon, E. Wesley Smith, David Keola Kailimai and Samuel Harris Hurst Jr., met to recount past miracles that attended the missionary work preceding them in the islands. George Q. Cannon and Joseph Fielding Smith had laid the ground work through many miracles and manifestations. During a special prayer of gratitude some of the men experienced a parting of the veil in in varying degrees.  Hugh J. Cannon said,  “There was no veil.” This substantiated event is yet another testimony that revelatory experiences are an integral part in the Gathering of Israel.     ANCIENT PRAYER CIRCLES

    After having offered a sacrifice that echoes our own temple worship today, Adam and Eve, "made all things known unto their sons and daughters". Therefore we should see evidences of temple worship in some form, in many cultures and ancient worship ceremonies around the world. In this episode we examine the ancient prayer circles and civilizations in the United Kingdom that worshiped their own Deity in very similar fashions that we worship in the temple. Even outward symbols on our temples represent the same symbols that these ancient peoples found important to surround themselves with. Truly the Endowment is of ancient origin and has been restored in these latter days. We are all part of the same family and were taught originally by the same parents. The temple has always been about families. God's children here on Earth, being reunited now and through the eternities.     What exactly does it mean to be endowed with power? Certainly there are a lot of ways to answer that question. In this article written by Peter B. Rawlins for the BYU Journal in 2012, he approaches it through a missionary lens. He details what each ordinance means in our gaining of priesthood power and the work of the Gathering of Israel on both sides of the veil. It is valuable to study a lot of different perspectives when trying to understand the nature of  power, that is gained in the temple. Every ordinance delivers a different kind of spiritual gift that enables us to be effective disciples and laborers in the vineyard no matter what side of the veil you currently reside on.     HEALING FOR THE DEAD AND FOR THE LIVING

    There are many of us whose families are devastated by generational trauma, current struggles in family relationships, or current societal degradation. This is not a news flash to our Savior and Heavenly Father. They knew the world, society, and families at large would be in state of swift deterioration in the last days. Knowing this, they provided a way and place for healing to happen. In temples we find the healing waters that lead us to Jesus Christ. Only through binding ourselves to Him will the generations past, present, and future find healing. This episode is filled with miracles and revelatory experiences that prove that it is possible to heal that which has been broken. Although Kim Olsen's ancestors included the Boggs of Missouri, her first marriage ending in divorce, and her family being rocked by suicide, she found the transforming power that can only come when we turn our hearts to the Savior in the temple. Healing is possible and can transform the generations. Miracles will be abundant, hearts will be healed, and the rending of the veil will be given to those who seek to mend the unmendable through temple ordinances and covenants. For it is there we find the Savior in abundance.     When we attend the temple we are surrounded with symbols that can teach us about Jesus Christ. If we have eyes to see, the nature of our Heavenly Father and the Savior can be revealed to us in many ways. Oftentimes however, the learning of heavenly symbols can be overwhelming and non relatable for various reasons. In this episode Todd McKenna discusses ways that we can begin to understand the patterns and symbols all around us. Todd was a former Institute Teacher and Director who also is also heavily involved in the Gathering of Israel. He also serves as a sealer in the Temple. This unique perspective and his gift of teaching can help us to better "see" and understand the eternal knowledge that surrounds us each time we enter into the House of the Lord.     Elijah is a well known and loved prophet. The sealing power was restored to the Earth through him in Kirtland Ohio, on April 3, 1836. The returning of Elijah and the restoring of priesthood power was a fulfilling of prophecy and was given in preparation for the glorious work that would transpire in the latter days. Because the work of the Father and the Son is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal lives of mankind,  we have temples dotting the earth and the sealing of fathers to children is happening at an accelerated pace. In this BYU Speech, originally given on June 5, 1977 by Truman Madsen, he goes into much detail about Elijah and his foreordained work.
