My weekly self-care

In the busy season of full time work and raising young kids, this is my weekly self-care ritual...like a good conversation with close friends. I love that they share differing perspectives and also aren’t afraid to evolve their opinions over time- and that really no topic is off limits. Just like it would be with a real life BFF. Also always good for a solid laugh that feels like an inside joke between you and your bestie! Cheers to more meaningful conversation, resisting cultural “norms”, and applying mean girls to everything!
Fun podcast! Fix the up-speak

I really enjoy the banter between Joy and Claire. I especially enjoy Claire’s humor. The topics are pretty darn entertaining. Their politics come through pretty clearly at times, so I just skip through that. One suggestion for Joy - please work on your up-speak! It makes everything you say sound like a question and immature.

I’ve loved listening to Joy and Claire from their first episode of GGW! Love the insights into psychology and marriage hacks the most, but also just love listening in as their lives change and as they grow.
