I’ve listened to Abdul for about a year now and his convos on healthcare are ones I wish more dentists had. I share these episodes with colleagues at my health center and with friends and will rely on it heavily during the next presidential term. Thank you, Abdul for your impactful work!

The discussion around public health on this show is great, which is the true expertise of the hosts. However, at times, when they veer into discussing the nuance of medicine and medical practice, Dr. El Sayed’s lack of clinical experience makes him not a credible commentator on the experience of doctors. This is fine, but I would try to invite practicing doctors on to fill this gap and account for what can at times be a clear bias due to a shallow depth of knowledge that having only medical school clinical experiences brings.

I’ve been listening to your podcast on and off over the last many years and I’ve always been impressed. Adding another epidemiologist to the show is a great idea as she does amazing work in trying to educate the public. I am heartbroken by the results of the election being a healthcare worker myself and staying informed and hopeful is what I know you will impart to us. Thank you!
