Thanks for this podcast. As a Mariners fan I really enjoyed listening to justice talk about his experience and getting to where his mindset is now. I look forward to more of these discussions. I would really like to see a little more deep discussion in the follow up podcast, particularly better questions to explore the mental and physical process and maintenance. Game strategy and even pre-season, season and post-season goals and take aways.
