    We are back for our final episode of Tipping the Scales. Time goes fast when you are having fun and what a journey it has been. What is next for us?     How to Deal With Stress and Dr. Love is Back!

    Welcome back Tippers! It’s been a long year so let’s take some time on this one to catch up. Stress is real people and it affects everyone in different ways so we must find ways to overcome it. How have we gone about combating the stress in our lives? Dr. Love also makes an appearance on this one so let’s ask her some burning questions. How important is trust, listening and forgiving in relationships. At the end of the day relationships can’t be one-sided. We are already in December so it’s always important to reflect on how you are spending your time and to set goals for the new year. Too often we are hyper focused on what we want so don’t forget to press the pause button every once and awhile and be thankful. It is so important to lead with love and leave the hate behind.     Life is just so short and we are only on this earth for a limited amount of time so Tippers we implore you, be intentional with your time. Are you really making the best use of your time because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. Are you fulfilled in your life? Take a hard look at your relationships, your job and just the people you surround yourself with in general and ask yourself, are you spending your time meaningfully?     Hey there Tippers! Exciting news…We are both officially certified yoga teachers and maybe you’ll see our own Yoga Studio in a couple years. Today we are talking about energy. More specifically, being aware of the type of energy you are giving off to other people and the energy you are receiving. Bad energy can bring both you and those around you down and even though everyone battles through adversity in their own way, you must keep a positive mindset. It’s ok to cry and even hit the reset button but you must bounce back and overcome what’s effecting you.
