The hosts have a natural, easy chemistry and are addressing interesting topics. I enjoyed the discussion on Imposter Syndrome from the perspective of two women at early and mid stages of career attainment. Many women experience it as they push toward goals and take on leadership roles. I resonated with some of the advice the hosts offered, particularly the monitoring of one’s own “self-talk,” and practicing kindness to oneself. I think it’s important to acknowledge the reality of racial and gender inequity in our society as the backdrop to this discussion, and was pleased that the topic was at least broached in Part I.
