I know all about being busy and trying to stay healthy! Having two nutrition certifications from ISSA and Precision Nutrition I love working with other busy moms who have the same goals in health and wellness. The Coffee Donuts Fitness Podcast is a workshop style podcast meant to help give you tips and tricks on how to be successful on your own journey! We will cover topics on nutrition, fitness, mindset, and being a busy mom!
