(BONUS EPISODE) Quick Update - Digital Minimalism & Philosophy

Short update episode - I'm going to try the famous (infamous?) 30-day digital declutter that Cal Newport outlines in his book Digital Minimalism, where you basically cut out optional personal technologies (things like Youtube, googling, social media, even texting to an extent) in favor of higher-quality alternatives (I guess respectively that would be like watching great movies, reading, more in-person time with people or just phone calls). We'll see how this goes!
