Stuart A. Lynn, P.E. is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and the Founder/CEO of Lynn Engineering, Lynn Development, Lynn Construction, and Lynn Steel Buildings. He is also the Founder and CEO of LynnGroup, the parent company of the family of engineering, construction, and development companies serving the Texas Gulf Coast. Stuart is the developer of Valor Park in Bay City and Pelican Place and Beachside in Palacios, Texas. N. Mitchell Carrillo, P.E. is Principal Engineer at Lynn Engineering. He leads the functions of the day-to-day operations throughout the company. This involves ensuring the client’s experience is positive and that design teams are working at a high level. Lynn Development officially broke ground on Valor Park in Bay City, Texas on Friday, February 10, 2023, after a lengthy engineering and permitting process involving several entities. To celebrate the occasion, and to honor our partners in the project, the development team made several special announcements at the ceremony. 1. For any Bay City ISD employee that purchases a home in Phase 1 (30 lots) of Valor Park, Lynn Development will reimburse 50% of their property taxes on the home for the first two years of their ownership. (Details provided at closing.) 2. For every Phase 1 (30 lots) lot sold to a builder and transaction closed, Lynn Development will contribute $1,000 to a scholarship fund that Bay City ISD teachers can apply for and access reimbursement up to $1,000 for personal funds spent on/in their classrooms. Debo Homes, the development's first featured builder, announced at the ceremony that they would also match this fund to support local teachers. 3. We're going to build a subdivision in Honduras, too! We're heading down in April to get started.
