Today is a Good Day to Introduce the Upcoming Serie Number 1 (TRAILER)

TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO

This episode is a TRAILER introducing the upcoming serie about EMOTIONS ! (yeah!)
The next 13 (+/-) episodes are going to be dedicated to helping you DEALING with your emotions an healthier way.
They are NOT "13 steps to erase sadness forever" , it's the opposite : they are tools you can use as a support to feel more empowered anytime you face a challenging situation until the rest of your life. They are RANDOMLY ranked  1 to 13, it's not "episode 1 step 1, episode 2 step 2...." , you don't need to have listened to episode 1 to understand episode 5 and episode number 7 isn't less important than episode number 2. Thus feel free to listen to them in order you'd like !

Also, I'm not perfect ! 🙂 I'm probably going to forget mentioning important things but I'm growing as well every day alongside you.

DISCLAIMER : NONE of the upcoming episodes are a therapy session !! I am not a therapist. If anything, I'm a mental health and life coach with a formation on psychology.
