Hey New York City! It's your friendly neighborhood meteorologist here with your weather rundown for the week.
Today's looking absolutely gorgeous - we're talking sunny skies and temperatures climbing to a delightful 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Those west winds will be cruising at about 7 to 9 miles per hour, giving us that perfect light breeze.
Tonight, expect mostly clear conditions with temperatures dipping down to a cool 45 degrees. A gentle south wind will be keeping things calm.
Tuesday continues the sunny streak - another beautiful day with temperatures hovering near 61 degrees Fahrenheit. That light south wind will pick up to 5 to 10 miles per hour by morning.
Midweek gets a bit more interesting. Wednesday brings partly sunny skies and temperatures cooling down to around 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a northeast wind blowing between 7 to 11 miles per hour.
As we roll into Thursday and Friday, we're looking at mostly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to mid 50s. Nothing too dramatic, just a classic early spring New York week.
Weekend alert! Saturday night brings a 40 percent chance of showers, and by Sunday we're looking at a solid 70 percent chance of rain. Temperatures will climb to around 62 degrees Fahrenheit, and it'll be a bit breezy.
