The Show I Didn’t Plan to Love

I connected to this podcast after their joint episodes with NPAD. I wasn’t sure it was for me but gave it a try, and a year later I’ve listened to every episode. This show has introduced me to several of my other favorite podcasts as well, so thank you all for being willing to collaborate with other creators! I really appreciate the stuff I’ve learned from the show, so thank you for keeping it educational, down-to-earth, and hilarious.

Wes has the personality of a cardboard box. As a cat person, me and my cat sons love cardboard boxes.
Cindy is the G.O.A.T.

I love all the interesting knowledge that I have gained about animals. Wes, Jeff, and Mike have great banter and are not afraid to correct themselves if they get something wrong. My favorite episodes by far are when they bring their mom, Cindy on. As a mom, I appreciate her advice on how to raise nature-loving boys without instilling your own fears on them. Keep up the good work! 👏🏻
NSFW!! Too Silly!!

This podcast is not suitable for work. When listening while I work my silly little corporate desk job, I consistently have to leave my desk and hide in the bathroom to cackle in response to this podcast. It’s simply too silly goofy. I think my coworkers think I’m a sociopath because they will constantly catch me sitting at my desk snickering and grinning like an actual psycho killer. Today was the worst of it- an episode started playing before my phone connected to my headphones, and I barely had time to hit pause before all my coworkers got to hear Jeff talk about if Hitler’s dog was a good dog or a bad dog. Moral of the story, NSFW, too silly. (But so so good, highly recommend listening. Just not at work)
