19. "My life has now more meaning". Talk about Aloha Spirit, lomi awakening, massaging family and the art of receiving with practitioner Ásgeir Baldursson
What a historical moment for my tiny podcast! For the first time I am with a guest! And what a guest it is! I invited my dear student, friend and lomi lomi practitioner Ásgeir Baldursson from Mahalo Massage Therapy Reykjavik, to talk about lomi and life. From a stressed businessman in chronic pain to a massage practitioner helping his family and clients - Ásgeir's story of life in the Aloha Spirit has touched and inspired me deeply. I hope it will touch you as well.
You can find more about Ásger and his lomi lomi practice here: https://www.facebook.com/mahaloasgeir

18. What you know doesn't matter (if you don't embody it)
Knowledge is power... or is it? How about: knowledge is useless unless you practice it, implement it, EMBODY IT? After all, we more-or-less KNOW how to be healthy, happy and at peace... So why are we not FEELING IT? Well, because the BODY doesn't care about theory - only about practice.
This episode is all about knowing versus doing. When it comes to health, wellbeing and self-care, we might know much, but if we don't embody it... then all this knowledge is for nothing.
I look into four areas of my life (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and invite you to do the same. Together we look for all these little, everyday things that we can EMBODY TODAY to make a difference in how we live life.
This episode is a part of my #selfcareoctober (more about it in the episode!)

17. When life feels RIGHT: how I embody the Hawaiian concept of PONO
My favorite Hawaiian word is PONO. On the surface level, you can translate it as goodness, uprightness, morality or excellence. But I like to dive deeper into even more profound meaning of pono. When something is pono, it is as it should be, naturally, gracefully. In perfect order. At ease. Reflecting the true nature of things.
In this episode I use the word pono as an inspiration and a doorway to speak about living life from deep embodiment of truth, righteousness and ease.
I hope you will enjoy listening to it!
With love,
Magdalena
