In this episode, we journey through with Tracey, the Multi-hyphenated creator as she shares her healing journey to South Africa. After accomplishing and achieving many of her goals through multiple projects she felt an emptiness and was feeling unfilled in that season of her life.
She traveled to Johannesburg, South Africa and what was supposed to be a 3-week trip turned into a 3-month voyage to rediscovering her Full Soul Self, tapping into the simple joys of life that keeps her full and overcoming that period of depression to finding peace within herself.
We exchanged stories of why we both took similar journeys through travel and how it has helped us have healed parts of ourselves through taking these voyages.
