This is an always interesting podcast featuring a who’s who among customer experience (CX) management professionals from around the world. The topics and guests are interesting, relevant, and oftentimes, fun to listen to. Gregorio does a terrific job hosting and I know he works hard at building the CX community up with this podcast. If you are a CX professional looking for a deeper understanding of a topic, some new ideas you can use in your own work, or want to build up your own CX professional network, this is a great podcast to follow and listen to today.
