Immediate Aha!
I just listened to Medicine Wheel - East and realize it was the last one in the series not the first one as I thought. Well, apparently it was the perfect one to listen to this morning as I jumped on my trampoline. When I was finished, I walked to my high schooler’s room to wake her up and make sure she got on her virtual class for the day. After I left her room, I immediately had an “AHA!” that by doing so, I’ve had a belief that I don’t think she’ll wake up on her own unless I go in there. Additionally, that she won’t pass the semester unless I wake her up and ask if she’s done her homework. This was a huge uncovering of a belief system I held about my daughter that *I wasn’t aware of* until I heard Dr. Irene Siegel’s podcast. Thank you Dr. Siegel! I can now cultivate a new belief/intention around this issue and tailor my words, energy and actions around it for my daughter’s success.
I am so grateful to Dr. Siegel for her message about Creating and Manifesting in this podcast and can’t wait to listen to this whole series from the beginning! 😉😄
