Real Talk

Dr. Yolanda and Tiffany speak so passionately about their life experiences in a way that captivated the listener and leaves you nodding your head along with what they’re saying because there’s so much truth that people our age identify with. This is one of those podcasts that people in their 20s need to listen to so they don’t get caught up in their own checklists.

Blessed Growth!

I finally finished the 1st season of Trash the Checklist. I truly like the actionable future items detailed in the expansion for SEASON 2 coming soon. This is real life talk and walk and I for one have been on a TRASH THE CHECKLIST drive for self motivation.

Refreshing and honest!

I loved the opening episodes of “Trash the Checklist” and I’m ready for more. Yolanda and Tiffany bring a familial vibe to the podcast and it feels like I’m just relaxing with my close friends. Their commentary about how life is ever-changing is refreshing. And their honesty about their own selves and their friendship is just fun. I’ve loved the topics so far - people pleasing, owning your own goals, boundaries. It’s all been great. Can’t wait for more!
