Dawn the Tour Guide
Dawn the Tour Guide is simply the best!
Thank you for sharing that
This woman’s podcast interviews are horrible. You can tell she’s formulated a bunch of questions in advance and then cleary doesn’t listen to her guest after she’s asked the question. Because ALL she EVER says after EVERY answer any guest gives her is "thank you for sharing that." It’s obnoxious and extremely annoying. Clearly she’s not paying a bit of attention to what her guest says but instead is thinking about the next question she’s going to ask. Normally when people interview someone they may have a follow up question based on the answer that person gave. This woman is incapable of doing this - obviously she is not able to formulate a second question based on the guests answer. She can only ask the next question on her list. There is no natural conversation or dialogue. Just the formula: 1) one ask question. 2) say "thank you for sharing that." 3)ask next question. She's the WORST!!
An example is listening to her podcast on Scotland. She asked the question "can you name two or three TV shows or movies that have been filmed in Scotland?" The guest talks about Outlander and Traitors as shows that have been filmed in Scotland in the past few years and how that has impacted the tourism industry.
The host of the program gives her standard "thank you for sharing that" answer along with "because I know there are shows filmed in Scotland people may have seen."
Don't waste your time on her uninspired interviews. Thank you for sharing that!!
Right up my alley
