    There is unrest in the Galactic Senate, the Republic is crumbling! Like George told us, "Democracies aren't overthrown; they're given away," and it seems these days we're living through what he warned us about. In anticipation of Andor season 2, and the 20th anniversary of Revenge Of The Sith, we look back at deleted scenes from the latter which feature Padmé and the Delegation of 2000! These scenes feature the seeds of Rebellion, Puerto Rican space-papi Jimmy Smits, and the first appearance of Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma. These scenes give so much important depth and context to Padmés journey, and help flesh-out the political landscape of the Republic's downfall, but they also eerily talk to us about the realities we're currently going through.
