Patrick is great to listen to. He sets the crime time line by listing current events, and even serenades you with the top hits. The content is interesting and well told. I’m definitely looking forward to season 2.

I just listened to the spectacular (and tragic) story of the Andrew Cunanan murder spree. While I was very familiar with the story, living within blocks of where the late Lee Miglin (he was known to hire young gay escorts) lived in Chicago’s Gold Coast, it was a good way to pass the time while jogging past straight couples pushing prams in the park. The podcast reminds us that life can be so fragile. We need to be more aware of our surroundings and cautious about our associations with strange people whether they are friends or not—especially those with a lot of loose screws. However, what really made the podcast pop was Patrick’s voice and the words he chose to recount this story which captured my attention and imagination. I would like to see him narrate some audio books. I have tried to listen to a variety of podcasts from other creators but often it is hit or miss. But what makes the difference is the creators voice, ability to speak fluently and coherently and make the podcast interesting. Kudos to Patrick for succeeding in those areas! 👏👏 Bob Chicago
