Loved this show! I know they’re onto the “daily” show on Spotify now (and although those are obvi great and Sarah and Kurt gotta get their spoti coin!! Proud of them!!), the long episodes were just so motivating and ✨chefs kiss✨!!
Boring and irrelevant

Most podcasts have some kind of central theme that ties it together, but not the “Health Code”. This is a waste of time to listen to; all you’ll hear is a couple immaturely bantering back and forth, spreading pseudoscience and misinformation. These two don’t have any qualifications to talk about health-related issues, and it certainly shows in their language, behavior, and adherence to diet-culture standards. Glad they stopped uploading to this podcast… now if only they’d cease their blabbering on the daily version of the podcast they now produce on Spotify.
