Tuning In with Audrey Wong - A Consciousness-Infused Mastermind - Episode 1 - Learning to Meditate into your Body.
The intention of this podcast is to create a safe space for folks to gather and support each other as they manifest their desired realities. We’ll learn to debug the subconscious programming that we received from our external environment that may have traumatized us in ways that either block our abilities to manifest consciously or programmed us to desire goals and dreams that may not align with our soul journeys and who we are authentically. When we are able to tune into who we really are authentically, we are able to determine what goals truly match us and are able to more easily manifest our realities. In this first episode, Audrey Wong shares with you some tips on how to start doing body-focused meditation.
