On this episode of TFGE, Colin and Sean discuss their thoughts on the state of fast-food, bone-in, fried chicken in America (no chicken strips/tenders/nuggets.sandwiches this episode). They try and rank the top four chains in America: Popeye's, KFC, Bojangles' and Church's! They based their scores on taste (is it seasoned properly?), technique (is it cooked properly?) and texture (is it crispy, crunchy or greasy?). They also opine on why chains offer spicy and mild version of fried chicken, rather than offering one version, but seasoned correctly.
