Understanding Parents Mojo Girl Madness

When we’re forced to look at our parents as people, often flawed people, there are usually things about them we must...reckon with.

I’ve done a lot of reckoning over the years about my parents, mostly in an effort to find reasons why they did what they did, made the choices they made, and behaved as they behaved – and about how all of that went into who I am as a person.

All that thinking about my parents finally lead me to place of understanding, sympathy and ultimately forgiveness.

These thoughts about my parents are incredibly personal, but I think still universal. I hope you take away from this podcast thoughts of your own parents, and how they helped shape you and your life.
