Rewatching GOT and listening to the rewatch at work. Makes my day!

Love Ross but Barrett ruins the show. He's smug, insulting and a know it all who knows nothing. Ewww Also Lord of the Rings is so clueless & unwatchable it shows that you are obviously not Tolkien fans. He would be turning over in the grave with this horrific version of his life's work. It's absolutely terrible and has no correlation to anything the original stories were written as. Honestly this show is getting more out of touch with knowing what quality a production should be. So bad.

I was recruited by another clam-fammer during House of the Dragon, and could not get enough! So I started listening to the GOT rewatch episodes and now I have a new obsession. Keep the watch!

Came for the HOTD, stayed for the commentary on shows I haven't watched and don’t even care about watching because it’s that enjoyable. It’s weirdly hard to find this category of content that’s smart, thoughtful, well articulated, and still funny to a mainstream audience that isn’t steeped in nerd culture. My only critique is more of a wishlist item — I’d really love a female cohost to bring that voice to the discussion because as a (female) listener I’ve noticed that a lot of instances where I find myself confused by or at odds with their takes can be traced back to that basic difference in lived experience, how we’re socialized, etc. All the same, LOVE the show - put it on in the car or while cleaning/cooking to give it a shot, you’ll be hooked!
