Great podcast for AA Women in industry.

It’s like I’m listening in on conversations between myself and my girlfriends. This podcast makes me feel seen, like my thoughts, ideas, doubts and everything matters and has value. I have felt so many of these emotions throughout my life and my career and am now just starting to undo some of the damage done in my lifetime. Awesome discussions for anyone of color that wants to stay working in corporate America.
