If you are a Titanic enthusiast, you MUST add “Unsinkable” to your regular podcast rotation. L.A. blazed a trail in the podcast community when she launched this pod in 2020. Today, the podcast world is full of great Titanic content. But, in my humblest opinion, “Unsinkable” is the definitive Titanic pod. Can’t recommend this one enough. Thank you L.A., for “Unsinkable”!

“As a historian,” this host thinks the best move is to team up with folks profiting from re-sinking the Titanic forever in VR while also improperly handling and labeling artifacts? I’m sorry, but that partnership is gross. Imagine any other memorial featuring VR goggles and haphazardly placed artifacts from a mass gravesite. Perhaps LA should remind listeners again about her moral issues with RMST / removing artifacts from the wreck site while she’s shilling these tourist expediences in the Bible Belt. Vibes are not great here. I’d recommend finding a less promo-focused podcast, or at least a less ethically contradictory one.

Love this podcast. The modern tie ins to racism, sexism, classicism - all the isms are fantastic and her love of the subject really comes through! Can’t recommend enough.

Always love me some trivia, and just learning new things. History was not my strongest subject as a high school or college student, but if LA Beadles was my professor, I think I’d be that kid in the lecture hall that would not only show up early to get a good seat in the front, I’d be taking all the notes and cram my notebook with as much as I could possibly write. So many sub-chapters could be told about “Titanic” and her passengers, and things I’ve learned about from this (and a few other) podcasts are very engaging and informative, at some point I’ll catch up with it all.

This podcast doesnt concentrate on the actual ship and its events but instead the cultural aspect of it.

I really enjoyed this podcast and all of the information about the Titanic that I was learning at first. Unfortunately, the host just can’t resist shoving her political opinions down her listeners throats. I’ll be back if she decides to focus on Titanic.

I wanted to like this so much but the voice of the host and the way she says the last syllables of words is over-the-top annoying. Can’t do it

I love the titanic I do research on it to actually I go on my computer and just do random questions and the best part of the titanic is jack ( Leonardo DiCaprio)and rose but idk the actress name
