In this episode I interview Dylan Horon and Jason Gutierrez two members of the Canyon High School (Anaheim Hills, CA) Varsity Cross Country Team. Canyon High School Cross Country competes in the highly competitive Division 2 segment. We talk about their season, winning OC Championships getting psyched up for training and races, running gear and their goals for this coming track season.
