Update on Four Legal Battles in European Courts - Rutte/NATO, Fuellmich, CBG and Freedom of Speech
Rico Brouwer and Djamila le Pair discuss the past week’s eventful court hearings, that all appear to be of a political nature: 1) Dutch Financial expert Aachboun aiming to postpone the start date of former Dutch Prime Minister Rutte’s new position, Secretary General of NATO, until the judgment on two court proceedings in The Netherlands have been published, thus preventing Rutte from claiming immunity from prosecution. 2) Foundation Voorwaarheid demanding the Dutch CBG (agency deciding on trade licences for medical healing treatments) to suspend the trade licence for the Covid-19 vaccines, in light of mounting vaccine injuries and the new inoculation campaign. 3) A brief overview of what happened during the last two court hearings in the criminal proceedings against the German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich. And 4) Dutch human rights activist Max van den Berg wins his second court case against the city of Amsterdam. The authorities of the Dutch capital unsuccessfully tried to impose a city centre ban on Van den Berg, so as to prevent him partaking in protests against the genocide in Gaza.
