A Norfolk high school student is gaining national attention after his memorable participation in the 10th annual Disney Dreamers Academy at Walt Disney World.

William Williams is a Granby High School student who was born with albinism that left him legally blind.

William has been highlighted on Good Morning America, on numerous blogs, and in Newspapers around the country. He is currently being interviewed by Blackdoctor.org. Steve Harvey talks about William on his Morning Radio Show often. He uses him as an example to overcome your haters.


William's message has spread rapidly. He wants his message of overcoming ridicule, rejection, and hatred to reach many people.

Emmalinnea is a 22 y/o Swedish Artist living in Los Angeles,she pursued both acting and modeling professionally and now she's also coming out as a new pop artist `KENNEDI`. 

- It's not only about taking good pictures or acting in a movie, its about the art! To move others and yourself. 

Emmalinnea studied at The Lee Strasberg Institute in Los Angeles and has done theatre, film and modeling since she was a child. In her spare-time she likes to enjoy and explore different cuisines.She also loves to travel and she's very intrigued with the esthetic of the 50's.

Christie Lenée has been performing since the age of 4. A naturally born entertainer, she first hit the stage in Tampa, FL with a song and dance ensemble called “Entertainment Revue.” She was the youngest member of the group and a true ham, making her debut singing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” for a Cincinnati Reds Banquet and the National Anthem at the MacDill Air force Base. At her first public performance, she was having so much fun engaging with the audience and bringing joy to people the young performer had to literally be pulled off the stage by other members of the performance group. Truly, some things never change. Christie’s love for the stage has carried on throughout her life to various plays, musicals, and heartfelt performances of original songs across the world.

Shayla Souliere is a Canadian girl, who was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Shayla connected with Alex Cantrall, a Grammy Nominated Producer/Songwriter from Los Angeles, California in 2013. Since then, Alex has taken Shayla under his wing and has been mentoring her/producing her work ever since. From that day forward Shayla co-wrote and recorded several singles. Since releasing her first single "Helium He2" in 2014, she has recorded and released several covers and a second single called “Screw U”.

 

I was raised in Richmond, VA, and boy do I love my city. There's so much musical diversity and art, so it's no surprise that I fell in love with music, and wanted to be a creator. I grew up in a creative arts church that gave me opportunities to learn and grow, and constantly encouraged me and affirmed my gifts. I sang in choirs singing old church hymns, rock music, gospel and soul, and I was stretched to be able to sing different kinds of music.

When I was still a kid my parents gave me a brand new vinyl record player for christmas, along with many boxes of old records, and I began to discover music in a broader view, outside just the lens of church. I listened to Hank Williams, Carole King, Michael McDonald, James Taylor, and so many great artists, and reached my defining moment when I decided "This is what I want to do." My Dad taught me to play guitar, and I began writing my own songs, finding influence from artists like M.Ward, Beck, Stevie Wonder, and Ray LaMontagne.
